10. mars 2021: Hevea tilbakekaller sin smokkeholder i brun farge. Kunder som har kjøpt denne, bes slutte å bruke den, og ta kontakt dersom man ønsker den refundert. Smokkeholderen ble solgt hos Gåsungen i 2019. Informasjon fra Hevea:

Dear all HEVEA customers,

We are withdrawing one of our products, the Brown pacifier holder (EAN 5 710087 334206). This is an item we no longer sell and have not sold for quite some time. 

According to the Slovenian product authorities, there is a risk that the brown wooden button on the pacifier holder can break and fall into pieces if the button is placed under pressure. Should this happen, this could create a risk for the child using the item.

At HEVEA product safety is a top priority and we take this potential risk very seriously. It’s important for us to highlight, that no accidents have occurred with the product. We have done all we possibly can to avoid any risk, by testing the product several times – both prior to launching it and after – and every time the product passed the relevant test without any remarks.

On the basis of this, we kindly ask customers to please stop using the pacifier holder. If you have bought the pacifier holder, we kindly ask you to please contact your point of sale for a refund by showing proof of purchase and the product.
